Single-Family Building Massing Phase 2

The City of Richmond is considering further changes to the City’s Zoning Bylaw requirements for single family dwellings.  

The City is hosting a number of open houses from January 18, 2017 to February  23, 2017 across the City to give residents an opportunity to review a number of options to improve the zoning bylaw for single family houses and to provide comments. 

Members of the community are invited to attend and review issues and possible bylaw changes, speak to city staff and provide their comments.  All feedback received at the open houses will be included in a future report for council consideration later in 2017. 

Public Open Houses will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following locations and times:
