Facility RentalsSea Island Community Centre has three rooms on site available for rent.
Our Lounge is available for meetings. The room is setup as a board room with one large table that seats 8-10 people comfortably, with extra chairs available if needed.
Maximum Capacity: 14
$25.00 per hour
Our Multi-Purpose Room is available for meetings and/or smaller party needs, such as a bridal shower or family gathering. The rental includes the use of a small kitchen (no stove), tables and chairs.
Maximum Capacity: 30
$30.00 per hour
Our Hall is available for birthday parties, evening receptions and events. The use of tables and chairs are included in the rental. This room is not wheelchair accessible.
Maximum Capacity: 60
$35.00 per hour
Hall and Multi-Purpose Room
You can also rent the Hall and Multi-Purpose Room together for a larger space. The information listed under our Hall will also apply.
Maximum Capacity: 90 (Hall-60 and Multi-30)
$50.00 per hour
Available: Sunday - Thursday until 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday until 12:00am
Damage Deposit: $200.00 - Required at time of booking
Liability insurance is also required. The insurance must be for a minimum of $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and Sea Island Community Association must be named as additional insured.
If you plan on serving alcohol, your insurance must include host liquor liability insurance and you must purchase a liquor license.
If you plan on playing music or dancing, a SOCAN fee will be added.
